Read the Audio Script on pages 46-48 of the First Nations Gallery booklet as you view the images. The first script goes with the third image and works backwards.

2. Life Sciences Gallery
Read the booklet with the big foot print that I left with you. Begin on page 1.
  • On page 2 and 3 you will find a Wall of Trends. What do the "trends" discussed tell you about how humans are affecting the ecosystem of the world?
  • On page 4 You will find information on the Wall of Images. Read the description of each and look at the pictures. In your Gallery Guide, write a description of the images that you see. How do these images compare to the illustrations in the book "A River Ran Wild."?
  • Begin reading Living Planet on page 6.
  • On page 10 read the sections under Causes of Stress. Use your gallery guide to summarize each interactive display.
  • Read the section on Easter Island on the bottom of page 12. Do you think the rest of the world could experience what happened there? Why or why not?
